For over 30 years, SLPM Property Management has been providing Association Management. We specialize in Homeowners Associations, Business Associations and Mixed Use Associations. Our focus is on giving excellent customer service to the Board of Directors and members, providing quality management and reporting information to maintain the financial health of an association, and being responsive to vendor requests so they can provide bids promptly. We adhere to the three bid rule.
