The Managing General Partner oversees the overall operation and activities of SLPM Property Management, and the Property Manager’s main responsibility is to interface with owners on maintenance matters, approvals, inspections, tenant relations and legislative changes.
Our Maintenance Coordinator’s primary function is to create work orders when applicable, assign work orders to subcontractors and handymen, obtain bids and track the work order to its completion phase. The Leasing Agent handles all advertising, obtains applications, runs credit reports and shows the properties.
The total involvement of every person on staff on a property ensures that we are all kept on the same page, should any matters need to be dealt with, or an owner needs information on his property.
